# JIRA - Workflows

Workflows/status followed in ekar\_digital board

**ToDo** - Stories/Tasks that are not picked yet.

**In Progress** - Stories/Tasks currently in development.

**Blocked** -  Development is blocked by dependencies/need clarification and could not proceed  further, please mention in the comments the reason for blocked and link the issues, if any.

**Blocked for external** - stories blocked with dependencies from third party vendors

**Code Review** - Once the development is done, raise the PR, associate it with JIRA story, move it to code review and assign the task to the reviewer.

**Test and QA -** Testing in progress.

**PO Approval** -  Once the code is reviewed and approved assign it to PO. PO can either accept the story(done)or move it to next release.

**Deferred -**  Stories that needs to be revisited later and not able to proceed currently.

**Ready to deploy** - Development is done and deployed in staging and waiting to be deployed in prod.

**Done** - Story is done when DoD is satisfied.
